L Blandon Services is not a law firm and no one at the company is authorized to practice law. Nothing on this site, not the six-question checklist, not the emails we send, not conversations with our staff, constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
The six-question checklist does not evaluate your association, does not compare your answers for you, and does not conclude whether your association complies with the law. It shows you the text of the statutes that correspond to each question, next to what you answered. What that comparison means for your association is determined by the association attorney.
We do not certify that any association is in compliance with Florida law, before or after hiring us. We do not represent any association before the DBPR, before any court or before any other authority.
Which documents are posted and what information is redacted before posting is decided by the association together with its legal counsel. We execute those decisions. The statute places that duty on the association, and this service does not transfer it.
The statutory citations on this site are taken from the official text and reviewed periodically. Laws change. Always confirm against the current text and with your attorney before making a decision.
The prices shown on the site are reference ranges. The price for specific work comes from a written proposal, after we see the document inventory. Nothing published on the site is a binding offer.
