This policy explains what information this site collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how to ask us to delete it. It applies to condominios.lblandonservices.com and to the records portal we operate for the associations that hire us.
L Blandon Services LLC, 500 S Australian Ave, Suite 600-1109, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Phone (561) 671-9588. Email condominios@lblandonservices.com.
We only collect information when you fill out and submit the form at the end of the six-question checklist. Up to that point you can browse and read the statute text without leaving any information.
When you submit the form we store:
The date, the IP and the browser are kept for one reason only: so we can show, if it is ever needed, when and on what terms you gave your authorization.
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. There is nothing here that follows you across other sites. You can verify that in the page source.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties so they can sell you anything.
To send you the report you requested, and to communicate with you about this service, on the terms you authorized when you submitted the form.
The email authorization is necessary in order to send you the report. The authorization for calls and text messages is optional, sits in a separate box, and you are not required to check it in order to receive the report or to buy anything.
Neither of them uses your information for its own marketing. Beyond those two, nobody.
Requests are kept while a commercial relationship or an open conversation exists, and for up to two years after the last contact. The authorization record is kept four years, which is the limitations period that applies in Florida to claims about commercial communications. After that it is deleted.
Write to condominios@lblandonservices.com and say so in one line. If you ask to be removed from our emails, we apply it within ten business days and we do not write to you again. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it and confirm in writing, except for anything we are legally required to keep.
You may also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
A client association documents belong to the association, not to us. We handle them according to the contract. What the Florida statute protects from owner access is redacted before posting, under rules the association sets in writing with its legal counsel. We execute those rules; we do not decide them.
This site is directed at condominium boards and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we change the date above. We notify significant changes by email to anyone who has given us an address.
